Problem in docs: ref in included/

Hello. Until I edited the following, I couldn't be able to compile the
docs, showing always a broken reference error. The target does exist,
but it seems it can not be that easily referenced from an included
file.
Is anybody of you able to compile the doc without a similar fix? Thanks.

In general, developers compile LilyPond from within a local Git
repository. Setting up a local Git repository is explained in
