I'm not saying that I can't get it set up; I'm saying that I'd
still like to have a cut&pastable example. It might be worth
using the .insteadof solution for such an example in the CG;
that's a detail that I'm not concerned about.
Basically, when I was setting up lilypond.org this morning, I was
annoyed that I had to copy&paste from CG 2.2.1, then hunt around
for another place in 2.2.2, and then write something manually. I
don't want to think about getting the source code.
