scheme->basic xml (Re: Ekiga chat)

I wrote a script that transforms a LilyPond scheme music expression to
XML.

How it works is explained at

This may be useful as a first step. I will probably use roughly the
same type of XML structure when parsing LilyPond source to an XML
structure using the ly.lex parser.
