Total size of downloaded files is about 60 Megabytes. If you think that this
amount of data should arrive faster than 5 * 20 minutes (it really sounds
like it should on a DSL), then when you re-run setup.exe, try to change
another mirror from the mirrors list.

I needed a half day to download it, this time it was my very slow modem
connection (about 3 kbytes/s), but I'm really glad I've waited for it, so
Don't give up! :-)
