I prefer to set something like this in a \layout context, but you can also do
it where you declare your ChordNames staff or even in the middle of the
score amongst your notes (size exaggerated here):


\layout {
   \context { \ChordNames
      \override ChordName #'font-size = #10.5
   }
}
