Markup from HTML

Hi,

does anyone of you have a script or a way to convert from (simple) html 
to markup like this:

This is a me<b><i>lis</i></b>ma.

To get:

\markup { "This is a " \concat { "me" \bold \italic "lis" "ma." } }
