Scribus (from version 1.3.5 onwards) has the ability to put Lilypond 
code in render frames and have it rendered by Lilypond when exporting 
the document to PDF. See

Lyx also integrates with lilypond-book. If you install Lyx, there's a 
sample document lilypond.lyx demonstrating this in 
/usr/share/lyx/examples (on Linux) or "c:\program files (x86)\lyx 
2.0\resources\examples" (on Windows).
