Group UL quotes have been completely redesigned. The plan type is
automatically detected from input, and appropriate columns are
chosen to show employer and employee premiums and coverages.
Quotes now show which riders are included, as well as the average
premium per $1000. The group roster spreadsheet has several new
columns to support plans that don't fit any predefined category.
