It's simplest to post or email the source file of the document
that went wrong, in these cases.  A practised eye can usually
see the problem at a glance.

In this case it is likely to be either an incomplete
@InitialFont option, or a missing // symbol.

If you can do anything to reduce the size of the problem
document, that would be appreciated.
