I noticed that another person has signed up at the
SourceForge Lout project page, so there are 2 developers
now besides Uwe. Savannah looks like a good place to
host a Lout community too, but I think it is best to
stick to what has already been put up. More and more
Open Source projects are moving to SourceForge; it
solves a lot of site hosting and file distribution
problems.

I suppose the ball is in Uwe's court now, and I think
we can start to move slowly along, since we appear to
have a few volunteers.

Anyway, I think the Mingw executables that I am fiddling
with now are fit for public consumption, so I will be
releasing it via SourceForge as soon as some kind of task
arrangement can be agreed upon.
