Without actually consulting the code, I am pretty sure
there is no way to do this in Lout as it stands.  However,
it should be quite easy to add a ken/nokern switch to
the style information, accessible e.g. like this:

    nokern @Font Auflage

I will add this to my list of things to do for the next
release.

In pondering these questions please note two things:
Lout cannot store style information specific to just a part
of a word, and kerning does not apply across word
boundaries even when the words are immediately
adjacent.  Thus in a word like Auflageflot it would
not be possible to kern one of the fl's and not the
other *and* have kerning all the way through.  Sorry,
I meant ligature one fl and not the other.
