Problem with Table of Contents

I cannot get the table of contents to be generated:

@Include {mydoc}                # same as doc  but with  @MakeContents  { Yes}

@Doc @Text @Begin

@BeginSections

@Section @Title {A} @Begin @PP
@End @Section

@Section @Title {B} @Begin @PP
@End @Section

@Section @Title {C} @Begin @PP
@End @Section

@Section @Title {D} @Begin @PP
@End @Section

@Section @Title {E} @Begin @PP
@End @Section

@EndSections
@End @Text

gives me the error

7,1: no @ContentsPlace precedes or follows this  
@ContentsPlace&&foll_or_prec

any clues?
