Hi Daniel, I mean which host distro (Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu etc) are you on?The latest I just checked in (and sent to you, see below) should fix the issue.

Hope it can help. Please let me know if thereis any thing that I can provide. Thanks very much.I'm not able to reproduce this. It must be some difference in what configure is detecting in your distro's environment.I'm going to check in this patch to Savannah CVS which I believe will fix this problem. If you can, please try it.Regards, Stuart Daniel.Li wrote:On Fri, 2009-07-10 at 06:44 +0800, Daniel.Li wrote:On Thu, 2009-07-09 at 15:51 +0100, Stuart Hughes wrote:The other failure is odd, I've not see this before. What it lookslike is that the %build section worked okay, but in the %install section it has decided to build the ada95 stuff, not sure why.Well, I think I find something in Makefile, see below. That's why it's going to build ada95 stuff. libs \ install.libs \ uninstall.libs :: cd Ada95 && $(MAKE) $(CF_MFLAGS) $@Well, I have located the problem. The top level Makefile is going to build Ada95, and gen is build for fresscale CPU ~/work/ltib-mpc837xerdb-20081113/rpm/BUILD/ncurses-5.3/Ada95/gen gen: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC or cisco 4500, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.10, with unknown capability 0x41000000 = 0x11676e75, with unknown capability 0x10000 = 0x90401, not stripped Apparently, this file is not for Freescale CPU, it's for host. So I have modify the Makefile, it works now. but I don't know how to fix it in ltib. ----- LOG below------------ Preparing... ########################################### [100%] 1:ncurses ########################################### [100%] Processing deployment operations .... bla.... bla.....
