I don't think, but, it seems to be a standard preprocessing.

The only "bad" point is we have now two "app/port" specific tuning files:
lwipopts.h, and this new one...

I think we could/should remove from opts.h and lwipopts.h all MEMP_NUM_xxx
and defined them directly in the same file. Else, to tune the pools, we should
have to change lwipopts.h AND this one.
