[lwip-devel] coverity lwIP run

As part of my research for my other life, I made a coverity run over
the late 1.2 CVS head.  You'll be pleased to know that coverity found
no defects I find important enough to mention in the lwIP code base :)
 This was a pure static analysis run, with no concurrency checks made.
