Details:

Checks for receive window overruns aren't handling overflows properly in the
case of out-of-sequence TCP packets. LWIP does not crash, but the TCP
connection typically falls out of sync until a timeout resets the connection.

The fix is fairly simple-- the offending code was not using macros that are
used everywhere else in the file. A patch that fixes this is attached.

The patch also includes a test case that was failing without the fix.
