Did I say the 2.7 ports of Lynx were alpha?  DJ said his 2.6 port was.

Hynek Med inquired about a DJGPP chartrans version.  We had some quick
emails back and forth and he came up with trying to compile without
optimization.  It works and I am going to roll with it for now.  (This was
last night)

Mail may be working already via a hack of some work John Lewis is doing
for Bobcat.  That is one advantage to doing all these projects.  They all
contribute to each other.

FTP is unresolved, but only because I started compiling again last night.
I am optimistic.

I realize that my ports are on the cutting edge at the moment and compared
to VMS/Un*x Lynx that is pretty wild, but in the Windoze world companies
like Netscape tell users they NEED to run alpha and beta code to be hip so
it isn't anything new to us.  My only beef is the word "derivitive." 
Bobcat is a derivitive.  DJGPP, Lynx2.7 for DOS 386+, is a port in
progress.

Lynx is a text browser for the World Wide Web.  Released versions run
on VMS and various versions of Un*x.  Ports are in progress for Win32 and 
DOS 386+.  See the ports page for additional information.
