I also think this is not an issue, so no nominatim/gazetteer on the
server. Moreover we would at least of load this part out of our
server. ;-)

The code could be slightly complicated due to error handling but I
think this won't be an issue: there is no real difference between no
finding and a nominatim server not responding to requests.
