Good question, maybe for future improvement...
Anyway, you have to use the upper input box as a command line.
Just type "set option_of_my_choice value" and hit ENTER (or press
the execute button).

Why not using a simple web server?
If you insist on eDonkey network, i think the only problem is
to get the ed2k-links published. So just launch a web site
like http://www.eselpsychos.de/ pointing to your material.
