Perhaps your mldonkeys sends too many requests and you get blacklisted on most of the emules.
Hmm, I set the values according to the mldonkey world FAQ and had the pango patches till 25.11.2002 applied.
Pango created a new patch against the request flood. Perhaps you can test it a few days:
