Try to remove the downloads.ini and the history.*

This version works actually really GOOD for me. Great work pango.
Even uploading to Overnet seem to work again (according to client_stats).

I can't post good stats now, my mldonkey is still rehashing the files
(after removing files.* and doing a recover_temp).
