Your mldonkey _already_ knows the hash, but it can't verify this, until
the chunk is complete. So you everytime have to download a whole chunk,
because *one* toggled bit in one byte changes the hash.

Better compression for executables and multimedia stuff (except mp3,
jpeg, etc.). Just like rar.
