even better than blacklisting would be accepting as many chunks as possible, but at some extremely slow bandwidth, lets say 100B/s, so as to limit the damage that can be done to the swarm and network performance as a whole by this particular asshole. sure, it costs you a connection, but it is "the right thing to do"... if the bad client eventually gives up, then blacklist it.
