oops, yeah, I mis-wrote that. the URL is more like this:

http://www.off.net/monotone/depot.cgi?q=since&maj=0&min=0&group=monotone

but the idea's the same. let me know if it doesn't work at all, I can 
send you a tarball or something. it'll be another couple weeks before 
the next formal release date -- this month has been real slow going.
