Hi,
To reproduce: put "bind ^Y redo all" into your .nanorc. Then start
nano with an empty buffer, type a few short lines, and then hit ^J.
See how ^Y has returned in the help lines and how it functions
again as PageUp.
This happens with SVN, not with 2.3.2.
