The overtype functionality of the patch seems to work fine. The underscore
cursor in linux console did change to full block cursor and restored back to
underscore fine. The cursor in urxvt didn't change when enabling or disabling
overtype. printf '\e[3 q' changes the urxvt cursor to underscore but overtype
in nano doesn't change it to full block.
It would be nice if the nano UI had another indicator when overtype is enabled
for urxvt and any other terminals that don't change the cursor.
