[Nel] Gl driver

Hi,

The NeL's GlDriver works only if the GL_ARB_multitexture and GL_EXT_tex_env_combine are present.

If you don't have those extensions but your card can do multitexturing (if you have GL_SGIS_multitexture

for exemple), try to update your driver.

 

Today, the client has been tested under Geforce and Geforce II.
