I've now checked these into CVS (having tested on NetBSD and
Debian). I've also thrown in a fix for a problem where NetBSD's
make didn't like the rule for building dtimep.c (not a problem
unless you're building from CVS since we ship a copy in the
distribution tarball, I think).

So I think it's ready to try cranking out another tarball.
But then I thought that last time :-)
