Yeah, sounds like it's time for an upgrade!

We've been doing better lately.  While 1.3 was released on June 1st, 2008,
1.4 was released on January 1st of this year, and 1.5 was June 11th.  We
might see a 1.6 in the fall or winter; we'll see how things work out.
