Follow-up Comment #10, bug #38075 (project octave):
In my world those who make mistakes (i.e. bugs) first check bug fixes
themselves, and only then _verified_ code _with_ _log_ _files_ proving that
the fix works are submitted to central project tree.
This is industry adopted practice in VLSI design.
