Follow-up Comment #2, bug #41148 (project octave):

Probably because Windows filesystems have no symlinks. Symlinking was not
necessary, I can move autogen.sh to bootstrap. And now that optim depends on
parallel we'll probably have to do the next release immediatly. That was fast.
