Follow-up Comment #1, bug #45386 (project octave):
in the page [http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/community-news.html], the link
should be changed to
[http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/NEWS-4.0.html] instead of
[http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/NEWS.html], or copy the file NEWS-4.0.html
to the generic name NEWS.html
