Follow-up Comment #20, bug #46795 (project octave):

I have prepared a patch fixing the problem with restoring breakpoints when
saving a file and saving files when closing tabs or the whole application.
Since there are conflicts with Lachlan's patch with work still in progress, I
propose to wait for Lachlan's separated patches before pushing my patch and
updating Lachlan's patches afterwards.
