Here is the list of remaining macros that I found are still unaccounted for if
config.h goes away, maybe I missed some.

* HAVE_LONG_LONG_INT
* HAVE_OPENGL

* HAVE_UNSIGNED_LONG_LONG_INT
* HAVE_ZLIB
* HAVE_ZLIB_H
* OCTAVE_HAVE_SIG_JUMP
