OK, as to the calcChain.xml issues:
Turns out that only MS-Excel ever uses this file, and regenerates it if the
file is missing in the archive. So just wiping it from the archive solves this
last issue.
(Now, if all bugs could be solved this easily ...)
AFAICS I've fixed all bugs and errors related to this report.
@Werner: would you like to try an io-2.4.11 "prerelease" for me?
