This is only because the html documentation on the gnu website hasn't been
updated from the master copy created in the doc/interpeter/octave.html
directory in quite a while. It certainly will be done for the 3.4 release.
I do see that 'help -i' still shows up in the Emacs chapter in the current
documentation which will need to be fixed.
