Hello

The results with qhull-2011 were in failure both stable and development branch 
sources  with oct-qhull.h on MinGW build.

  src\DLD-FUNCTIONS\convhulln.cc ......................... PASS    0/3    FAIL 3

At least MinGW, the recent work around did not correct the fails.
