Hello
I have tested the PCs in University.
For XP machine, marker in Octave cmd prompt is located as expected.
For windows 7 machine, marker in Octave cmd prompt in octave-gui is 2-4 spaces
on the right.
Problem of marker in Octave cmd prompt perhaps happens on windows 7.
