mid term evaluations reminder

As I was about to forget, I think it may be worth giving all other GSOC mentors and students a reminder:

Friday August 2 is the deadline for submitting midterm evaluations.

In particular:

"Students will fill out a midterm and final evaluation of their mentors online as well <...>

Any student who does not submit an evaluation by the evaluation deadline will fail that evaluation, 

regardless of the grade the mentor gives the student."

So students, please remember to rate your mentors!!
