No, because I screwed up on pan-0-11-fix. For awhile 0.11.9x changes
were being packported into pan-0-11-fix, but this was a lot of time
and effort and it petered out. So pan-0-11-fix is 0.11.3 plus some
random bits from 0.11.9x. I don't know if it has a consistent UI,
nor if it's as stable as 0.11.3.
I'm chalking it up as a lesson learned: I'm only committing fixes
to 0-12-fix, so 0.12.x == 0.12.[x-1] + fixes. That way we should be
able to do 0.12.x and 0.12.9x releases in parallel without too much pain.
If anyone feels strongly about 0.11.4, they should start with a 0.11.3
tarball and apply the patches for all the bugs listed in the 0.12.0
announcement. :(

Yes, I like it too.. :)
