Same here:
address@hidden ~]$ rpm -q elinks
elinks-0.11.1-5.1
address@hidden ~]$ cat > foo
hello<br>world
address@hidden ~]$ cat foo | /usr/bin/elinks -dump

world
I'll continue to look into this and will positively report in this thread.
Though the stderr is as reported.
