[Pan-users] OK/Cancel buttons in pop-ups.

Were the positions of the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons in various pop-up 
dialogs reversed (left-to-right) between the 0.11 and 0.13 releases?  I 
keep clicking "Cancel" erroneously, apparently out of long habit.  (I 
don't have my old version around any more to check for sure.)

It seems like most of my other applications put "OK" to the left and 
"Cancel" to the right, too.  Is there any kind of convention for this?
