[Pan-users] Pan 0.13.90 on RH 8 - Cannot get rule "watch" selection to stay checked

Hi all,

I did not see this posted from a review of the archive. Using 0.13.90 on 
RH 8, I cannot get the "Watch" checkbox under Rules to stay selected and 
therefore functional.

That is, if I select "Watch", hit Apply and then OK, then go back into 
the Rule, it is unselected.

I upgraded from 0.13.40, where this all worked fine.

Is this known or is there something that I am doing wrong with the new 
version?
