Thanks for the report.  I've opened a bug ticket on this at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109271 .

I've removed the "remove article after x days" because it was the wrong fix to
the problem.  I'll probably stumble around with this some more *after* 0.14.0.
