Yes.  It's OK for him to muck up my name, but it's unacceptable for me 
to point it out.  I've seen that all too often across the decades, and 
it's part of the reason for my response: if they're going to be like 
that, get rid of them ASAP; if not, they're usually willing to correct 
themselves.

If he does, I shan't see it, for obvious reasons.  I had the impression 
that somebody had apologized, but haven't kept the messages so I can't 
check.
