OK, I've updated, current HEAD is in my headers (72905f5), so it's 
obviously building and running fine, here.

FWIW, in addition to my use of gcc-4.6.2 that I mentioned earlier, I'm 
running with gtk3 support disabled as I don't have it (or gnome, either 2 
or 3, my desktop is kde) installed, here.

So maybe the problem is in the gtk3 support, if you're building with 
that, since I'm not?

(I'm also building without help, since that seems to pull in more of 
gnome than I want to pull in.  I did have to add a line to my build-
script that touches gnome-doc-utils.make in the root build dir, tho, in 
ordered to get it to work.  The file can be empty but at least a couple 
months ago, it had to be there.  I reported the bug but AFAIK it wasn't 
resolved, but I found a work-around that I could script and forget about, 
so I didn't care too much.)
