They are compiled when running ./configure and make.
They are installed when running make install
They are loaded (it's hardcoded in 0.4.4) dynamicly
at run time (from /usr/local/lib/partysip/)

Linphone can be used, but for performance issue, you can use the
test application "josua" (osip.atosc.org/download)
