Uff sorry :-) The file gl_list.h is downloaded from the Gnulib 
repository using `gnulib-tool import', and I am not sure if it's a good 
idea to modify it so that we remove the definition of gl_list_t and we 
add it in pdf.h. That's what I meant. Maybe is not a big issue.
