I am quite unimpressed by the current free pdf readers. None of them support annotations due to the underlying libpoppler. I think I know good amount of C (the idea can be proved wrong beacuse I can't read any of the obfuscated C programs).
Are there any basic documents available, which I can read, before I can actually contribute to the project.
