the version of 0.9.14-RC is currently still 0.9.13.018. we will change it
to 0.9.14 when the tests are over and the vinal relase comes out.
so i guess your install of the rc went wrong, somehow.

the tarballs/rpms of the RC are now available in the download section of
phpgroupware.org.

i didnt notice probs with todo and calendar in current cvs. are you
getting db errors or in which way the apps stop working?
